How often will the battery need to be recharged?

Best-in-class rechargeable lithium-polymer battery that will last up to 4X longer than other Wi-Fi smart locks and 1 year on a single charge. Also included is a quick charge cradle. (Charge duration determined per ANSI A156.33-2019 (10 motorized operations per day).

Actual battery life and frequency of charging will vary by use and environment. Since the device uses WiFi to communicate, the battery life will be affected by these elements:

• WiFi Signal Strength (How strong is the connection between the Array lock and your WiFi router?)
• WiFi Channel Noise (How many other WiFi signals are being seen by your Array lock?)
• Lock Usage Frequency (How often do you use the lock?)

Our testing and research have shown that the average time between charges is about 9-12 months.
