What to do if your lock has a rigid turn.

Your lock should transition from the locked to an unlocked position with ease. If at any point you experience difficulty (rigid, forced turn, or a snapping sound) during conversion, the following troubleshooting tip should assist:

1. Press "H" to lock your Array while firmly holding the latch in place (deterring it from extending)

2. With your door still in the unlocked position, press "H" to lock.
