How to Delete Your Lock

If, for some phantom reason, you need to delete your lock, follow the steps below.

To Delete Your Lock: 

• Open the Array by Hampton app
• Select your lock
• Click on the pencil in the top right corner of the screen.
• Scroll down and click on Remove Device
• Choose either Disconnect or Disconnect and wipe data
• Click Confirm
