If your lock randomly goes offline or is slow to respond to app commands, checking your device's connectivity strength can be helpful. NOTE: If your device is offline, you will not be able to view the signal strength.
To Check Your Device's Signal Strength -
- Open the Array By Hampton app
- Select your Lock
- Select the pencil in the right-hand corner
- Select Check device network
(-50 dBm is considered an excellent signal strength, -60 dBm is considered a good signal strength, and -67 dBm is considered a reliable signal strength).
