If you need to change your Account Region and cannot change it, you will need to delete your account. To delete your account, follow the steps below.
To Delete Your Account:
- Click the Me Icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Click the settings icon at the top right.
- Select Account and Security.
- Click on Delete Account at the bottom and follow the app instructions.
NOTE: DO NOT log in to your account within 7 days after submission; otherwise, the deactivation request will be canceled. The account will only be officially deleted after 7 days.
