(If the Account Region Cannot be Changed) How do I Delete My App Account?

If you need to change your Account Region and cannot change it, you will need to delete your account. To delete your account, follow the steps below.

To Delete Your Account:

• Click the Me Icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
• Click the settings icon at the top right.
• Select Account and Security.
• Click on Delete Account at the bottom and follow the app instructions.

NOTE: DO NOT log in to your account within 7 days after submission; otherwise, the deactivation request will be canceled. The account will only be officially deleted after 7 days.
