If you are having trouble getting your Smart Bulb Connected to the Array Hampton app, here are some troubleshooting tips to try.
- Ensure the WiFi signal you are trying to connect the bulb to is 2.4 GHz; the bulbs cannot connect to a 5.0Ghz WiFi signal.
- Ensure the bulb is blinking rapidly before selecting your WiFi during the setup process.
- Move the bulb to a light fixture or lamp that is closer to your router while going through the setup process. (You can always move the bulb to a different light fixture or lamp once you have connected it to the Array By Hampton app.)
- If you have followed the 'Array Smart Bulb Instructions' and feel you have done everything correctly, try setting up the bulb using AP Mode. Click here for instructions on setting up the bulb using AP Mode.
