Below are instructions for how to submit a Debug Info Ticket for both iOS and Android devices.
Instructions for sending Debug Info (iOS):
1st Method (When logged into the app)
• From the "My Places" page in the Array app click on the settings icon "" at the bottom of the page.
• Select "Send Debug Info".
• Type in a brief description of the issue you’re experiencing.
• Click "SEND"
• Reply back with the ticket number when finished.
2nd Method (When NOT logged into the app)
• From the Login/Register page click on the symbol at the top of the page that looks like an exclamation point inside of a box.
• Type in a brief description of the issue.
• Click "SEND"
• Reply back with the ticket number when finished.
