1. The battery may need to charge.
Plug the battery into the micro-USB or charging dock, that was included with the lock and charge the battery.
Once fully charged, re-insert the battery to resolve the issue.
2. Your WiFi may not be pushing a signal.
Check that your router has connection and is pushing a strong signal. You can test the strength of the signal by running a speed test at the location of the Array lock.
Power cycle the lock and check the connection in the app.
