If your phone is lost or stolen:
- FOR OWNERS, ADMINS & USERS: We suggest immediately changing the password for your Array account and then proceeding with the instructions below.
- If you are the owner, you will need to perform a master reset on the Array lock. Then download the Array app with your replacement phone and sign in to add your lock.
- If you are not the owner of the Array lock, the owner would need to delete your current invite and send you a new invite.
